Hello Mugs

Yeah I JUST came up with a nickname for people who read this... it might not stick.
Anyhow hope everyone is doing well and I hope you all won the millions of dollars from the lotto everyone wouldn't shut up about on friday.

I bought a book about dieting and other self help junk called the 4 Hour Body by Time Ferris. I am at page 20, I have been at page 20 for about maybe a week.
Now to be fair to me it is a VERY big book which makes it intimidating and also makes it so I refuse to bring it on the the train commute to work with me because it is somewhat a pain to walk around with.

So far I am certain it is a low carb diet... which means no bread and possibly other stuff like rice and who knows what else.
Since I am so far away from reading the book I am mostly just kind of play testing the diet by making a few recipes here and there off of THIS 4 HOUR BODY RECIPES SITE mostly just to see if I can like the food on it so far I made a Chicken Burrito Bowl that was pretty good. I think the next thing I am going to try is a Indian Lentil Recipe and at some point I will read this book.

I first heard about this diet from The Nerdist Podcast one of the hosts is doing the diet and they had Tim Farris the creator on the show... which I will link to HERE!

My sisters band Conduits has just release their debut self titled album.

and is going to be touring opening for Cursive around these united states of America.

I have her new album (as depicted in the photo above) and have to say I really like it.

So far people have said it is Shoegazy... but I really have no idea what that term means... but, when I hear it I think it is very atmospheric and moody It would be good music to put on in the background if you were trying to do something like draw a web comic or close your eyes and try to envision all the stars in the universe. (good luck with that, you already forgot the big dipper you dingus)

I think it is good and am very proud of Jenna and her band for putting it out.

you can purchase their new album here
To see if Conduits is playing a city near you you should check out this website here.
